First – Get rid of all packs of cigarettes at home, including the hidden ones in some garage lockers. Do that with the ashtrays and anything that could possibly make you think of smoking cigarettes.

Second – Be well prepared for the nicotine urges. Get yourself some nicotine gums or an electronic cigarette (proven to work best) and you can be always sure that if any nicotine urge occurs you will be well-prepared for it. Jogging and practicing some kind of a sport will make you feel the need to clean your lungs from the tar and if you haven’t smoked for a couple of days you will slowly but surely get the feeling that you can sport much more than before.

Sixth – Hibernate. Did you get tired from all this stop smoking process! Then it is time to take a break! Reward yourself for your efforts! If for over 1 month or even 1 week you haven’t lighted a cigarette then you really deserve a reward. A small vacation outside town or going to a picnic with your children or taking some days off from work – it doesn’t matter. Just make sure that this break is going to make you feel better!

Alright, now I’m going to make a list of what kind of stuff the “Super Cigarette” box contains. And here it is:

• Electronic Cigarette (with battery inside)
• A pack of atomized cartridges (5 cartridges in the box)
• USB Charger
• Some kind of “Certificate of Inspection”
• User’s Manual

Now let’s begin with the photos I promised. The picture below is a shot of how the shipping package looks like with all the stamps on it (they shipped it from New Zealand, but I live in Europe, OMG!). This is just the bottom right corner of the shipping package, because I want my privacy to be respected after all:

First, we need to pick up a cartridge and remove the sealing cap. This is the cartridge that we’re going to use (with removed white cap):

Now we simply put the new cartridge (the piece with liquid will contact perfectly with the atomizer, don’t worry) and seal the E-Cigarette:

Now we have an almost-working electronic cigarette. Why “almost”? Because we need to charge the battery!
